What do I do if an outlet or an appliance isn’t working/powering on?

If your outlet/GFCI or appliance is not working, please check the breaker associated with that area/room to confirm its in the “on position” or check and make sure your GFCI hasn’t tripped off and reset it. Please see video below.

What can I check if my garbage disposal is not working/turning on anymore?

Please check the GFCI and make sure it is functional. If it’s tripped off, please be sure to keep the switch in the “on” position when attempting to reset the GFCI. If the switch is left in the “off” position, you will not be able to reset the GFCI. Secondly, if the breaker tripped off, please check your subpanel and find the breaker labeled “garbage disposal” and confirm it’s switched to the “on” position. Please see video below.

My HVAC unit is not working properly. It won’t cool or heat the unit as it should. What can be the issue?

One of the first things to check and confirm would be your return air filter. Most of the time, the filter will be dirty and full of dust/debris. This will cause your unit to choke as it tries to recirculate your air. Please see the video below.

I’m not getting any hot water in my bathroom. Also my water pressure seems to be weak. What can I do?

Please check and confirm that your tankless water heater is on. Once confirming that, check the display screen, it should only display the temperature of the water which is generally left at 120 degrees. If anything else is showing, there could be an issue which should be reported to the property manager right away. Secondly, if the water pressure in your shower is low, you can check if the filter at your water heater is clean and debris free. Please follow the steps shown in the video below or once again, report it to your property manager.

My balcony sliding door won’t lock. What could be the problem?

Depending on how you are attempting to lock your sliding door, you may not be allowing the strike plate to engage properly. Please see the video below that shows how to lock your sliding door correctly.

Why is my driveway gate clicker not working/opening the gate?

Sometimes the clicker may run out of battery or the motor’s fuse burns out if an obstruction stops the gate from closing which will require your clicker to be reprogrammed and synced to communicate with the motor. Please see the video below explaining how to reprogram your clicker. If reprogramming does not fix the issue, please report this to your property manager right away.

The gate motor seems to not be working and I can’t get out of the driveway. What can I do?

In case of emergency or malfunction, most gate motors we install have a manual foot release lever. This switches the gate to manual mode so you are able to hand pull and shut the driveway gate. This is only to be used as a last resort as doing this incorrectly will cause issues with the gate’s calibration and cause further issues. Please see the video below explaining the process.
